Reports & Intelligence

The Commercial Transformation Index publishes governed commercial intelligence, benchmark reporting and sector research through this library. Every publication states the population it describes, the period it covers, the evidence classes it rests on and the limits of what it can establish.

A report is listed here only once those conditions are met. Nothing is published as a preview, and no figure appears without the cohort it was drawn from.

No research is published through this library yet.

The Commercial Transformation Index publishes a report once its population, period, evidence basis and disclosure position can all be stated. Nothing is listed here before that is true.

What this library catalogues

Benchmark reports, sector and industry reports, regional reports, programme reports and quarterly intelligence, each produced from the Commercial Transformation Index assessment model across the ten commercial domains.

The standard every publication meets

Every finding carries its evidence class. Observed evidence is gathered from external signals, declared evidence is reported by the organisation, validated evidence has been reviewed by an assessor, and contextual evidence frames the other three. No statistical claim appears without the population it was drawn from and the period it covers, and every report states the limits of what it can establish.

How published research is read

Each report has a permanent address on this site and a citation line for reference in other work. The library filters by sector, industry, commercial domain, theme and region, so a reader can narrow the catalogue to the evidence that applies to them. A report that is later withdrawn keeps its address and says so, so an existing citation continues to resolve.
